At this time of year the shops have been geared up to selling pumpkins, witches brooms and cobwebs for some time. Why? You may ask.
As the nights draw in and darkness envelopes us our thoughts may turn to death more often. The 31st October Hallowe’en, in the past known as All Hallow’s Eve, the day before All Saint’s Day is considered a time when the veil between life and death is thin. A time for veneration of our ancestors.
Happy Hallowe’en to all from all at Attwood Funerals.
